I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Kia ora Daisy. I am glad to see you have started your ANZAC learning. There is so much to know about ANZAC and what is means for us in New Zealand and Australia. Have you tried the interactive puzzle slide that is in your Inquiry folder in your drive? My class are doing an ANZAC Kahoot tomorrow in our Google Meet at one o'clock and you are welcome to join.
I wonder who came up with the idea for having a purple poppy? Do you know what the purple poppy represents? Apparently the poppy was the first flower which began to grow after the land had been torn apart by the war.
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or Ask a question you want to know more about
Kia ora Daisy.
