I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Well done Daisy! For each time table there are little tricks to make them easier for example "4x you double it and double it again" and "9x you times by 10 and take one away". I had a poem that had a verse for each one... I'll see if I can find it.
Great work Daisy just the 12x to go.You are making great progress.I always found repitition of the times table helped me to remember it. With the 12 x table I used to do this e.g. 12x6=? I would go 10x6 which = 60 then I would figure out 2x6=12 then in my mind add 60 +12 so then 72 is the answer to 12x6. Keep up the good work. I hope you are all well in your family.Catch you later.
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or Ask a question you want to know more about
